Hey there! We’re Aulson – Autumn and Alison, two high school besties who reunited after 8 years on our home island of Mauritius and discovered we share more than just our heights (both under 5 feet tall!).
Our journey began back in 2020 during the unforgettable times of Covid-19. Despite the challenges, being stuck at home sparked a newfound love for cooking and baking. We realized the joy of sharing food with loved ones, and even though miles apart, we stayed connected by swapping recipes with friends and family.
“À table,” a phrase from our childhood meaning “at the table” in French, evokes memories of gathering around food, sharing stories, laughter, and creating unforgettable moments.
