Now this is the perfect one for those who aren’t big fans of veggies! The Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus brings some saltiness and texture to the asparagus. An easy side dish that is very colourful to add to your menu!

It can be eaten by itself or become an accompaniment to one of your main dishes. Asparagus can be quite bland in flavour or too mushy depending on how its cooked. However with this recipe, by using the oven even just for 15 mins, you get a slight crunch and smokiness from the prosciutto.
This is also perfect for meal preps for the week! You always want to have some veggies to go with your chicken, fish or beef, and asparagus can be very versatile. It can be paired with any meat dish or even other vegetarian options.

The Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus was made to accompany our Rosemary and Garlic Roast Chicken dish. Not only is it delicious but it brings a pop of colours to your table. We used some of the cherry tomatoes from the Chicken dish add that festive touch to the Asparagus.
Because this recipe is so simple and easy, your can re-create this recipe with as many asparagus and bacon as you need for the number of people you’ll be serving.
