Arugula (Rocket) pear and feta salad with walnut, cranberries and balsamic reduction. Well, doesn’t that sound delicious? A lot of people hate salads; simply because they are tasteless and boring. Are you one of them? If yes, this salad will surely make you change your mind!
Ready in less than 15 minutes, the combination of the peppery bitter arugula with the sweetness of the cranberries, tanginess of the pears and the crunchiness of the walnuts, makes this salad perfect for any holiday or special occasion.
If you do not fancy the bitterness of arugula, you can opt for baby spinach instead, it pairs beautifully with all the other ingredients as well.
It’s always nice to have a salad at the table; for something lighter, fresher but also because it compliments every overly indulging feast. Likewise, click here to check out our Festive menu and table setting to see how we accompanied this arugula (rocket) pear and feta salad.
